Thammawat’s career spans over a decade in TV production and advertising post-production, including owning his own editing house. His technical expertise and vision have helped shape the ambiance and experience at Sweet Pista. He holds a BA in Communication Arts from the University of Findlay, Ohio, USA.
As the heart of Sweet Pista’s kitchen, Thammawat or Chef Donge is the creative force behind the food concept that has defined our restaurants for over a decade. A self-trained chef, his culinary magic lies in his ability to blend flavors and create dishes that bring warmth, comfort, and a sense of nostalgia. His food isn’t just about satisfying hunger; it’s about creating memorable experiences with every bite. Chef Donge’s approach to food is rooted in simplicity and authenticity. With over 13 years of experience in the advertising, TV production, and PR industries, Chutima brings her creativity and keen understanding of communication to Sweet Pista. She holds a BA in Communication Arts from Bangkok University and an MSc in Marketing from the University of North London. Her extensive background in PR at renown agency has shaped the restaurant’s strong brand presence.
Chutima is the heart of Sweet Pista’s service standards. With her background in PR and communication, she has a natural talent for hospitality. With a background in social work and an MBA in Tourism & Management from Bournemouth University UK, Theenahna brings her vast experience in retail and luxury retail to Sweet Pista. As the former Retail Director of one of the most recognized Swiss brands in the world, her leadership and strategic insights have been pivotal in the restaurant’s success.

Her impeccable vision has guided the restaurant through various stages of growth, from its early days to the expansion into new locations. Paul Thiraseechayokul
Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in luxury retail management and multiple business including aesthetic and travel business, Paul is the driving force behind Sweet Pista’s culinary journey. He holds a BS in Management and Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University and a degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts in Arizona, USA. His love for food and passion for quality shines through in every dish.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Paul brings his expertise in management and culinary arts to elevate Sweet Pista to new heights.
